All events cancelled due to Covid-19
Kia ora tātou,
This afternoon the government announced it is extending its Covid-19 mass gathering policy to cancel indoor events with 100 or more people, this affects us at Te Raukura ki Kāpiti and we now must cancel (with the hope to one day postpone) the upcoming programmed events on our calendar for the next couple of weeks. This is to protect the wellbeing of our community and to do our bit to help reduce the spread of the virus.
We can’t say when we will be able to reopen for events again because of the uncertainty at this time, but as soon as we can we absolutely will.
If you are a ticket holder for a cancelled event you will be contacted by Eventfinda and a refund will be given.
As you are likely aware, Te Raukura ki Kāpiti is a partnership between Kāpiti College and the Kāpiti community. The new measures announced today do not apply to schools, and therefore the classroom spaces within Te Raukura remain operational for Kāpiti College’s school delivery as usual.
It goes without saying that the health and wellbeing of our community comes first as we navigate this situation together. Please take care of yourself and others as COVID-19 continues to impact our communities.

The front two rows will be removable to form an orchestra pit. For casual users, at the flick of a single switch, stage lights and sound system become active. For productions, a full lighting rig, accessible by gantry, and professional sound system, mean that it can meet the needs of any hirer.Read More
