Chicago: High School Edition

Excited to finally be able to call Te Raukura ki Kāpiti their home, Kāpiti College students are proud to be presenting the award-winning Broadway and West End musical Chicago: High School Edition as the first full-scale musical in the Coastlands Theatre.

Set in the 1920s, Chicago tells the story of Roxie Hart, a housewife who dreams of stardom. One night she murders her lover and, desperate to avoid conviction, hires Chicago's slickest criminal lawyer to turn her crime into the fame she's always desired.
