Low Flow Category: It’s not about the tricks—it’s about the performance.
In Low Flow, the hoop becomes an extension of the performer. Competitors will be using the hoop to put on a show stopping performance. This category isn’t judged on difficulty but on stage presence, fluidity, and the ability to captivate an audience.

Semi Pro Category: This category presents NZ’s up and coming aerialists. Semi-Pro competitors will wow the audience with their tricks, technical ability, performance and execution. This is where the next champions are made.

Pro Category: Elite aerialists. Mind-blowing tricks.
Expect high-speed spins, daring drops, and insane displays of strength and flexibility. These athletes push their limits, delivering routines that will leave you on the edge of your seat—this is aerial hoop at its highest level.
