Meet the Candidates

Except for the Mayoral Debate, which will be a facilitated debate dedicated to mayoral candidates, our Meet the Candidate events will involve inviting all candidates running for Mayor, districtwide Councillor, Māori Ward Councillor, and Ward Councillor and Community Board Member positions for that ward to attend.

They will each be provided a dedicated space for them to present their candidacy and have conversations with the community who can attend at any time during the 4-6pm two-hour slot. The Mayoral Debate follows this event, starting at 6:30pm, here at Te Raukura.
