Saturday Laughs is a two hour comedy showcase of some top NZ and international talent, right in the heart of Kāpiti at Te Raukura ki Kāpiti in Coastlands' Theatre.

Beginning his comedy journey in 2012, he has since racked up an impressive array of award nominations for his performances on stage including the 2013 Billy T Award, 2015 NZCG Breakthrough Comedian of the year and Best Male Comedian of the year Awards and in 2016 was nominated for the prestigious Fred Dagg Award.
Pax has also appeared on a number of local television shows Including TV One’s panel show Word Up, TV3s 7 Days, Maori TVs Crack Up, the critically acclaimed Brown Eye and the NZ International Comedy Gala, as well as his own tv series Raised By Refugees.
Born and raised in the New Zealand and the son of immigrant parents, Pax brings a unique perspective that resonates with people of every background.

James Mustapic is an award-winning comedian known for Winning Celebrity Treasure Island, as well as his hit TVNZ+ series Abandonment Issues. James made his start in comedy with his online show Shorty Street Scandal back in 2014, and started stand up comedy in 2015. Since then he's been a regular performer across the NZ comedy circuit, and has also appeared on hit TV shows such as Have You Been Paying Attention NZ, The Comedy Gala, and Guy Mont's Spelling Bee.
