Finding Us

We are more than just a venue; we in the heart of the community located right on the grounds of Kāpiti College.

  • Address: 34a Raumati Road, Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu.
  • Entrance Tip: Look for the dedicated performing arts entrance on Raumati Road, distinct from the main school gates. You'll see our signage and LED Billboard.

Public Transport

  • By Train: Take the Kāpiti Line to Paraparaumu Station. Trains run regularly from Wellington (approx. 50–60 mins).
    Then It’s a 40-minute walk from the train station to our front doors.
  • By Bus: From Paraparaumu Station, catch the 250 or 260 bus.
  • The Stop: Hop off at the Raumati Road at Kiwi Road stop or near the Raumati Beach shops.
  • The Walk: It’s a short, flat 2–3 minute walk from the bus stop to our front doors.
  • Pro Tip: Direct users to the Metlink Journey Planner for real-time schedules.

Driving & Parking

  • Directions: We are just a few minutes' drive from State Highway 1 via the Kapiti Road or Poplar Avenue exits.
  • On-Site Parking: We have dedicated visitor parking area located directly in front of and around the venue.
  • Event Parking: For busy evening or weekend shows, additional parking is often available within the school grounds or on surrounding side streets (Kiwi Road/Raumati Road).
    Please be mindful of:
    - Our neighbours;
    - Busy school pick-up times for the College and the neighbouring primary school and kindergarten;
    - Our berms - do not park on the grass;
    - Accessible car parks - please leave these available for people who need them.

Accessibility

  • Accessible Parking: We have five dedicated wheelchair-accessible parks located immediately opposite the main entrance.

  • Drop-off Zone: There is a level, paved drop-off zone directly in front of the automatic doors for those who prefer not to walk from the car park.

We are a stone's throw from the vibrant Raumati Beach Village. We encourage you to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the local eateries, boutiques, and the beach, all within a 5-minute walk of the venue.
